Shipping
Domestic and International shipping will be made through Australia Post.
- International Air Mail: $20.00 (AUD)
- International Express Post: $40.00 (AUD)
- Domestic Standard Post: $5.00 (AUD)
- Domestic Express Post: $8.00 (AUD)
Processing
Orders are created on-demand and will be shipped within (2-5) business days of receipt of order.
Exchange policy
Returns will be accepted, only for exchange purposes due to sizing error and/or damaged goods. To avoid unwanted delays, please review the sizing carefully by using this sizing chart. If an exchange of purchase is required due to sizing error, an additional shipping charge to your location will apply (see Shipping for further details).
Refund policy
Returns will be accepted, only for refund purposes due to damaged goods. Damaged good are determined by any damage due to flaws in workmanship or materials and accidental damage caused during shipping. If the return is within (30) days of purchase, a full refund will be issued through PayPal within (15) days after the returned item has been received. Please note that air bubbles are a natural result of the resin setting process and are not considered as faults.

Returns
Please ensure all returns are protected and securely packed to prevent damage in shipping and include a printed copy of your emailed receipt.
